HOLLYWOOD (100% Natalie-Portman.net) - Natalie Portman made an appearance at the Comic-Con International 2010 event on Saturday, July 24, 2010. This was Portman's 2nd Comic-Con appearance in promotion for Marvel Entertainment for her covetted role in Thor, set for a Summer 2011 release. Her first appearance at Comic-Con International was in 2005 while promoting V for Vendetta, another comic related adaption. Portman stated that she would not be appearing in the Avengers film, but did show interest in any future Thor films released by Marvel.
In a later round table interview, Portman also spoke of her upcoming role in Black Swan.  The upcoming film is a thriller also featuring Winona Rider and Mila Kunis due out in 2010. Natalie Portman will portray veteran ballerina Nina, who competes with Mila Kunis' character, Lilly.

HOLLYWOOD Wed Apr 1, 2008 06:43 AM (100% Natalie-Portman.net) -Â Natalie Portman has been cast to play the cute bunny rabit, Thumper, in the upcoming live action Bambi movie. Â Portman joins a cast that includes Zac Effon as Bambi, Samuel L. Jackson, and just-announced Mickey Rourke according to Hollywood insiders. Â EW.com was first to report Portman being approached for the role after Scarlett Johansson stepped aside due to other movie obligations.
